I went to this spa for treatment along with my friend and was really happy that I went along with him . The staff were very professional and the therapist sony that was assigned did a wonderful job in the treatment , I wanted some pressure on the Lower Back for relief and that was taken care of by sony with excellent professionalism. I was very happy with my treatment and would definitely be going back and recommend some of my friends to try it out Been there couple of times and it is one of the best spa in kukatpally. Great reception and service. Well trained therapists. Hygienic facility & soothing interiors above all, you come out rejuvenated. Got 90 minute deep tissue massage,Balinese and Aroma mix Dolly was wonderful- I have bad should and neck muscle pains and knots.. she worked out these knots and I felt so much better immediately afterwards..products they used had a nice scent and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music. Facilities are very nice. Hot dry and steam sauna to my liking and shower, washroom, and hot tub was also very nice.. Would highly n strongly recommend dolly for the massage!!Spa folks plz try 90 massage duration at mercedes lounge it's very wonderful namaste awesome I felt,they provide u scrub cream Gel oil n etc in 90 minutes massage duration followed by hot steam n hot water 💧 👌👌👌 ~ Venu G

The best deep tissue massage I've ever had. I may have snored at the end since u wish deep sleep ha. And also therapist was very professional lilly was amazing.. Very relaxing session.. Highly recommend. I recently visited this spa I had a wonderful experience with the massage I felt verey relax after the massage I will suggest one of the best spa And atmosphere also peacefull over all its good Just it was amazing experience I feel the therapy was very pleasant n relaxing vth good experience therapist..came for a vacation and the day was very tired after my spa done it was completely stress-free vth good session vl recommended to friends also..thanks ~ Rohitreddy M

Had the pleasure of a deep tissue massage with Dolly - and my back feels great! Dolly is warm and friendly and really listens to what your issues are. She’s genuinely concerned about addressing your aches and pains - she said she loves her job and it shows. Once we got going, I could feel the knots in my shoulders melting away. Dolly clearly knows the body/muscle groups so is adept at giving extra attention to certain areas. I wanted to wait a day to review to see results and I’m pain-free today! Mercedes Spa is just amazing. We have been there a few times and absolutely loved it. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the interior design is gorgeous. The treatments are absolutely professional and so relaxing love the Aroma Therapy massage and also hands and foot massage. The small details like coconut water when you arrive, a flower footbath, a chilled towel for refreshing and all the nice products really make a difference to other Spas. We can only recommend this place as much as we can and when you are on Kukatpally kphb area this place should not be missed.Really wonderful experience at this brand-mercedes spa that is a true oasis. The massage was extremely professional and one of the best I've ever had. All products being used smell amazing and are completely natural - produced specially for this Spa. Well the cleanliness, the staff support and last but not the least relaxation while getting spa'd is just unforgettable! I visit Aura regularly for my personal sessions, I love the ambiance and the decor. The relaxation room with ultra violet lights are very soothing. But this time I wanted special treatment for my back and face, as my back was giving me trouble and my skin didn't look happy. Spa is clean and very comfortable.I got a massage, facial and pedicure. Attendants were corteous, professional and thorough. I would go back and definitely recommend this spa My friends and I came to the spa over the weekend as part of my bachelorette party weekend and it was everything I could have asked for and more. We each had massages, facials, and pedicures. My massage was so relaxing I fell asleep lol, the facial was awesome too! Once we got to the pedicure my girls had surprised me and ordered champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The ladies doing the pedicures were very entertaining and kept us laughing.The decoration was beautiful in reception area and spa rooms ambience was literally mind blowing,,Had a wonderful massage here the therapist consistently checked the pressure was ok, also checked if I wanted oil in my hair.
